The Relief Fund for Burned Children or FANQ, is a nonprofit organization of joint action. It is made up of a group of volunteer Bolivians residing in the city of Houston, working to provide support for Bolivian children who have been victims of severe burns.

The Fund is an organization recognized by the IRS. Board members and volunteers are people who do not receive remuneration for their work and ensure that 100% of the funds contributed effectively reach the beneficiaries.
